Spectrum Business Park is the ideal location for us – there is room to grow, it has fantastic transport links, a brand new Costa Coffee outlet, a bustling marina and Dalton Park is being expanded to include a new cinema, supermarket, restaurants and cafes. We have some exciting plans in the pipeline and will look to expand further from our Seaham premises in the coming months – we are in early discussions about potentially taking another building on the site.”
