09 Jul Dalton Park launches leisure expansion
Spectrum Business Park’s neighbour, Dalton Park, the outlet-shopping center is celebrating as ‘Phase 2’ of its development is launched!
Dalton Park, is building a significant extension which will include a Cineworld 7 screen cinema, Frankie & Benny’s restaurant, Pizza Express, Prezzo, KFC drive-thru and Morrison’s Superstore along side a petrol station for all visitors. The park will even become home to a hotel and family public house.
For our tenants here at Spectrum Business Park Dalton Park is just a 5 minute bus ride away via Go North East’s bus service 202 which arrives regularly outside Spectrum 6. There are also 1,200 car parking spaces.
The completion of this leisure extension is estimated to be May 2016.
Dalton Park currently houses a range of brands such as Bench and New Balance, Gap and Levis as well as great places for lunch such as Starbucks, Subway and Love Coffee.
