Paul Wellstead, the developer of Spectrum Business Park, has commissioned the video, which features stunning footage of the area and interviews with some of the many tenants who call the area home.

Spectrum Business Park is now nearing full occupation, with businesses including Northumbrian Water, BE Group, County Durham Housing Group, Great Annual Savings Group, ResQ. Andrew James Worldwide and Durham County Council all located there.

Adam Brown, Marketing Manager at Great Annual Savings Group, said: “We love working in Seaham. We have been here for four years now and it such a nice place to be based. It’s in a great location with excellent transport links and is a very scenic place to work.”

Great Annual Savings Group currently employs 120 people who based at Spectrum, with another 60 personnel out of the roads.

Charlotte Marshall is from Sanderson Weatherall, who are the agents for Spectrum Business Park. She said: “Seaham is ideally situated between the A19 and A1, and with excellent rail links, it means access to it is great for both small businesses or large occupiers moving into the area.

Lee Candler, Head of Client Services at ResQ, who opened a second office in Seaham after outgrowing its existing facility in Hull, said: “We chose this site primarily because of the excellent transport links and the abundance of talent in the area.
