The first issue of SBP News has now been released to the local Seaham Community. We’re thrilled to see our very own property developer of Spectrum Business Park, Paul Wellstead featured on the cover as he reflects on the transformation of our fast growing community which is now home to dozens of businesses employing over 1,500 people.

With high profile tenants such as Res Q joining us in 2016, Spectrum Business Park saw huge growth in 2016 and there’s no signs of slowing down in 2017.

The monthly newsletter also celebrates the success of the brand new networking event and one of our tenants; Seaham Safety Service’s 10th anniversary. Seaham Safety Services moved to Spectrum 7 in 2016 to implement the next phase of their business plan.
