After traveling the world together, couple Paul and Linda Barren were inspired to come home to the Region and open a clean eating restaurant here in Seaham. It was during their time traveling to places such as Nepal, California and Australia that their love for clean, healthy food began to grow.

On their return from traveling they decided to give up their day jobs in construction and recruitment to open Clean Bean which is based on North Terrace in Seaham alongside other popular cafes and restaurants such as The Lamp Room, Lickety Splits, The Lounge and Ashoka.

Clean Bean is a fantastic addition adding to the numerous delicious cafes and restaurants on the doorstep of Spectrum Business Park. We know our tenants will also be happy to hear they open early for breakfast at 8am.

They serve everything from grilled breakfasts and Eggs Benedict through to Flat breads, Homemade soups and Pasta dishes.
