New Costa Coffee to open in Seaham

Seaham high street opens brand new Costa Coffee, just a minute’s walk from Spectrum Business Park.

After the announcement of the new development of Spectrum Business Park’s neighbour; Dalton Park Shopping Centre, which will include a Cinema, restaurants and cafes, tenants and employers are now thrilled to hear construction work is nearing completion for Seaham’s latest development; Costa Coffee.

Outside Spectrum Business Park’s other local Shopping Centre, Bryon Place, which is home to the likes of Asda, Wilkinson’s and Greggs, the brand new Cost Coffee outlet is close to completion and tenants are thrilled to hear the news!

Marketing Manager, Rachel Thompson, who works at Spectrum Business Park says;

‘Our office is so excited for the new Costa to open! We’ve so many fantastic café bars to choose from now in Seaham it’s wonderful and such a treat to be able to enjoy a good coffee before the day begins! The walk along the coast to Costa is just breath taking too!’

Seaham has gone from strength to strength over the past year due to its regeneration and is now a flourishing town for both tenants, locals and visitors to enjoy.

Spectrum Business Park’s developer, Paul Wellstead said;

“We’ve recently had the likes of County Durham Housing Group and Great Annual Savings join the park bringing a large number of people to Spectrum. I know they’re thrilled to hear there’s a new Costa opening – I’m confident there will be queues for morning coffee!’
