18 Aug Tenants enjoy new restaurants on Spectrum’s doorstep!

We’re so excited to see Phase 2 of Dalton Park is almost complete. Our tenants now have access to amazing restaurants, shops and a 6 screen Cineworld cinema – all just around the corner from Spectrum Business Park. 

Spectrum Business Park tenants can now enjoy  the likes of well known chains such as Pizza Express, Prezzo and Frankie and Benies on their lunch break or after work.

We also know many tenants are looking forward to making the most of these new amenities for business purposes; to hold team meetings, meet with clients or treat their teams! It really is a fantastic brand new development that we have here on our doorstep.

On the 9th of September the six screen Cineworld Cinema will be opening its doors to customers too. Dalton Park now also have additional car parking spaces, meaning there are 1500 spaces for the public in total.
