Online Event: Learn about key support available for your business during Covid

The next Seaham and Peterlee business event will be online on Thursday  16th July, at 11am.

You can book your space here:  https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/coronavirus-business-interruption-loan-schemes-briefing-tickets-109608443806

In this online event you’ll find out about some of the key business support schemes – including the Bounce Back Loan scheme and Corona Virus Business Interruption Loan schemes. With only 37% of businesses feel they can survive beyond 3 months without additional financial support. Can you afford not to find out more details?

This event is aimed at providing businesses with some of the key steps your business should take before you consider applying so to avoid delays or refusal for these loans.

The Peterlee and Seaham Business Network have teamed up with Shaun Fooy, the North East Senior Manager for British Business Bank. Shaun will provide a overview to business on the key criteria and what you need to have in place to enable your business to apply for the Bounce Back Loan Scheme (BBLS), Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) and the Future Fund.

The format of the event is as follows;

• Explain about the bank’s role as the UK Development Bank
• What to do in terms of approaching a lender for prospective funding
• Talk about CBILS and BBLS and features and key differences seen
• Talk about Future Fund – Features
• Q and A
